DOLMA - FILLED IN DRIED VEGETABLES

Boil the dried eggplant and dried peppers for a short time and drain. Mix well minced beef, onion, rice, smashed garlic, pomegranate syrup, all the spices and olive oil. Fill the boiled dry eggplant and peppers with this mixture and place in a pot side by side.
Heat the olive oil and tomato paste in a sauce pan and add into pot. Add 1 cup of water on top, close the lid of the saucepan and cook over medium heat until water is absorbed by rice.

9-10 pieces of dried eggplant
9-10 pieces of dried pepper
250 grams of minced beef
2 onions (chopped)
1 tea cup with rice (washed well)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1.5 teaspoons allspice
1.5 teaspoons dry mint
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tomatoes (grated)

For dressing sauce:
1 teacup of oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tea cup of water
