TARHANA SOUP MADE FROM SIYEZ WHEAT FLOUR
Place the minced meat in a pot and roast for a while by adding oil. When the meat is cooked, tomato paste is added and roasted for extra 3-4 minutes. Then hot water is added. Leave to boil.
In another bowl, tarhana is crushed with a little water and diluted. 10 minutes after the soup begins to boil, add Tarhana with stirring. Keep stirring until the mixture boils again and add chickpeas. Let them to boil for more 5-6 minutes. Add the grated garlic and salt.
100 gr minced meat
1.5 tea glasses of tarhana made within siyez wheat flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2-3 tablespoons of oil (if your minced meat is fatty, you don't need to add extra oil)
7-8 cups of hot water
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup boiled chickpeas
