HOME MADE BAKLAVA WITH WALNUT

Mix all the ingredients written for the dough. Divide the dough into balls and spread the dough according to the tray you will use. Apply butter to the bottom of the tray and place 4 dough and splatter forged walnuts. Intersperse walnuts among for each dough sheets afterwards and continue until your dough sheets are between 30-40. Do not sprinkle walnuts to the last 2 layers.

Cut the raw baklava dough into pieces. Fry the ingredients written for the top of raw baklava. Spread over the butter mixture on the tray. Bake until the top of baklava dough is fully cooked.

Stir in water and sugar and boil. Add the lemon juice. Boil for another 10 minutes. Wait for a while to cool it down.

When the baklava is cooled down too pour lukewarm sherbet.

For the dough
1 cup water
1 glass of water Milk
1 egg
1 teacup of oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of carbonate
1 teaspoon of salt
Flour (as much as the dough gets)

For the top of raw baklava
250 g butter
1 glass of vegetable oil
1 packet of margarine

For sherbet
2.5 kg of sugar
3 liters of water
Juice of half a lemon

For to be used between the dough layers
1 kg forged walnut
