FRIED VEGETABLES WITH TALATUR SAUCE
Wash and slice all vegetables. After adding salt, fry.
Pound the walnuts until the oil comes out. Put into a bowl and add water. The amount of water depends on your preference as it will affect the consistency of the sauce. Pound the garlic too. Add the garlic and lemon juice to the walnut mixture. Add lemon juice to the talatura sauce just before serving to prevent the walnuts from tarnishing.
Add talatur sauce onto the fried vegetables and serve.
The meal is a traditional Alanya food.
