MARINATED SHRIMPS WITH QUINCE SLICES
Steam the shrimps and cool them.
Mix all the ingredients except quince and make a sauce. Soak the shrimps in this sauce and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then add the chopped quince slices and keep in the fridge for a while. Sprinkle finely chopped kumquat before serving.
