SEA FOOD STEW
Boil all the ingredients for about 45 minutes to have fish broth.
Sauté the vegetables. Add the squid and shrimp and sauté for a while. Add the boiled octopus legs and add the white wine. Continue to cook for another 20 min. Add the hot fish broth.
Place the meal in a warm stewpan.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and lemon zest on top for service.

1 fish bone (from a big fish)
1 celery stalk
1 leek
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of parsley stalk
Leave of Daphne
1 pinch of black pepper
1 piece of carrot
FOR STEW
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 capsicum pepper
2 cloves of garlic
4 shrimps
1/2 squid
2 octopus legs
1/2 tea cup of white wine
1 spoon of butter
