Eggplant, pepper, pickles, dill are chopped finely and mixed. Garlic is crushed and added to this mixture. Yogurt and mayonnaise are added onto and mixed. When the corn is added, the mixture is gently mixed for the last time.
Fresh thyme and olive oil are added before serving.
