KURU CACIK ( STRAINED YOGURT, CUCUMBER AND MINT OIL MIXTURE)
A bunch of mint leaves are cleaned and placed in the food processor. Add a pinch of salt and olive oil. Cook them until the mixture reachs to its boiling point and strain with the help of a thin cheesecloth. Mint oil is now ready.
Mint oil is added into strained yogurt gradually. And the crushed garlic and finely sliced cucumber are added.
Dredge dried mint before serve.
