DRIED TOMATO WITH TALATUR SAUCE
Lightly soak and soften the tomatoes with warm water. Walnut, bread, garlic, yoghurt, soften tomatoes and olive oil are mixed by using a food processor. Be careful not to crush the tomatoes so much.
Sprinkle plenty of cracked walnuts while serving.

100 g dried tomatoes
50 gr walnut
50 gr bread
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of strained yogurt
50 ml olive oil
