BAKED PUMPKIN WITH YOGURT SAUCE
Add a pinch of salt and a bit of olive oil over 1 slice of pumpkin and cook in a 170 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Wait for it to cool.
Place cooled pumpkin in a bowl and add crushed garlic, walnut, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, powdered red pepper and puree them all. Let the walnuts touch the tooth.
In another bowl, stir the strained yogurt and the remaining olive oil thoroughly.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the pumpkin mixture you puree.
To serve, sprinkle unshelled pumpkin seeds.
