SADRAZAM DELIGHT

Grease the baking tray and sprinkle with coconut.

Pour the milk, granulated sugar and flour into a saucepan. Cook on low heat by stirring until the mixture becomes a pudding. Add the margarine and vanilla and keep stirring until the margarine melts. Slowly pour the custard over the coconut on the baking tray you prepared earlier. Shape its surface smoothly. Leave it to cool and then leave in the fridge overnight. Cut custard into slices as rectangular. Wrap a rectangular slice in a roll form and place it on the serving plate.
