SESAME BAGEL COOKIE
Stir to blend all the ingredients – except baking powder and vinegar – in kneading bowl. After kneading a while, add baking powder and pour vinegar and continue kneading until dough gets earlobe consistency. (If the consistency is thinner than an earlobe, you can add more flour) Tear off small pieces from dough and give small bagel shape to each piece. Sink each of them first in egg yolk and then in sesame. Place them over the oily baking paper which is spread on the oven tray. Cook in oven heated to 150 °C until being baked. The dish is ready to serve.

1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
1 packet of baking powder
