S PASTA ( COOKIE)
Knead butter and sugar until it gets softer. Add vegetable oil and egg (keep one yolk for the top) and continue stirring. Then, continue add-ing baking soda and baking powder and squeeze lemon or add vine-gar if you will prefer it instead. Add flour and make dough as thick as an earlobe. Make S shaped cookies out of dough and place them on oiled oven tray. Brush S cookies with egg yolk using your finger. Bake in pre-heated oven to 150 °C until the cookies are golden brown.
Key Point: Butter or margarine you will use should be in room tem-perature and not be melted.

250 g butter or 1 pack of margarine
1 water glass measure of oil
2 cups of sugar
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 lemon or 1/2 tea glass of vinegar
Grated lemon or orange peel (optional)
