CHEESE CAKE

Creck biscuits by using a food processor and add 3 spoons of melted butter and knead well. Put the mixture in a springform pan and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the dough of cake. Mix mild cream cheese, cream, eggs, flour and sugar well. After adding the vanilla, place the dough mixture on the layer which has been waiting in fridge. Bake the cake in a 170 degree oven for 45 minutes.

You can prepare cheesecake with lemon or red fruits according to your desire. Cook the fruits you will use with some sugar and starch. When it comes to the consistency of jelly, let it cool and pour on the cake. Rest the cake in the fridge overnight.
