LAMB'S SHANK THICK

Wash the lamb shanks and dry well, then rub whole shanks with olive oil. Place meats into a pressure cooker and sear for a short time at over high heat. Lower down the heat and add onions, garlic, black pepper, salt, 2 glasses of hot water on it and close the lid of pressure cooker. Cook at low heat for about 1.5 hours. Occasionally you may open the lid and check the broth and meats. Potato puree and grilled vegetables can be also served as a side food while serving.

1 onion (divided into four pieces)
3-4 cloves of garlic
