LOKUM KEBAB SERVED IN EARTHENWARE POT
Rub steak fillets with olive oil, pepper and thyme, and then marinate for 3-4 hours. Heat the pan well and grill each sides of steak quickly aproximetly for a minute. Slice the semi-grilled steak fillets into thin slices. On the other hand melt the butter in a pan saute the steaks quickly again and transfer to heated casserole ( earthenware pot). Pour the boiling butter on the steaks.
