Baked Fillet of Hake

Place all ingredients (except the hake and tomato fondue) in food processor and blitz to a crumb.

Place seasoned hake fillets on greased seasoned tray. Spread with fondue, sprinkle with herb crust.

Bake at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 x 175g hake fillets

50g fresh breadcrumbs

12g Isle of Mull Cheddar, finely grated

40g flat leaf parsley, picked & chopped

1 tspn fresh thyme

Splash olive oil

1 tbsp tomato fondue (optional)
