Pour Raspberry Bouvrage into a large pan and add 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar.
Heat gently, stir until dissolved.
Add 10cm of cinnamon stick, broken into pieces and 0.5 teaspoons of cloves.
Add 3-4 slices each of orange, lemon and ginger.
Cover and continue to heat gently until warmed through and steam rises. Leave to stew until the flavour is right.
Then remove, discard spices and fruit. It is now ready to serve.
