Pulled Pork Special Snacks
Heat oven to 140°C
Place roast in roasting tin and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slow roast for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove roast to cutting board and with two forks shred the meat.
Transfer shredded pork to a casserole dish and add BBQ sauce to the pork then warm through in oven until ready to serve.
Serve into Kaiser rolls and top with coleslaw if desired.
