Merluza rebozada (Fried Hake)

Dip the seasoned hake in flour and then beaten egg.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry until golden.

Serve with lemon and locally sourced potatoes (chipped).
Serves 1

1 fillet of hake
1 tablespoon of flour
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon of Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
1 wedge of lemon
