Peel off and discard the skin on the cooked roast salmon as shown on arbroathsmokiesdirect web video.

Flake over the top of the salad.

Sprinkle parmesan shavings and dressing over and dot around the croutons

1x 500g roast salmon

Caesar Salad:

Olive or vegetable oil
Fresh crushed garlic
Salt to taste
Fresh-ground black pepper
Lemon or lime juice, fresh squeezed
Worcestershire sauce
Raw or coddled egg yolks
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly prepared croutons
