Hot mango mustard dressing

Blend 1/2 mango with lime juice, devil's mustard, olive oil, a little water, salt and pepper.

Fry shrimp. Drizzle the lettuce with dressing, sprinkle finely chopped spring onions and sprouts over it and place shrimps and mango slices on top of and around the salad. Finished.
