Carrot Soup

Cook the onion and the carrot coins soften in the broth and mix everything. Add honey, orange juice and ginger. Let it simmer and dilute if necessary with water if the soup is too thick. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, fresh basil and fried bread cubes or a good bread.

1 liter of broth
3 carrots into coins
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp orange juice
1tsk grated fresh ginger
