MEAT ŞİŞ ( MEAT SHISH KEBAB )
The meat is cut into cubes as 9 equal pieces. One piece of meat cube is placed on skewer and then one pieces of green pepper, capia pepper and onion slice are placed. This process continues until all the flaked meat cubes are placed on skewers.

To serve; rice pilaf and salad or fried potatoes ( if choosen) are placed on platter too.
