When it comes to Humus, Antakya is the first city coming to mind in Turkie. However Chef Yiğit ULUS re-created the recipe using Alanya Avocados in it thus this recipe has a different flavor than ordinary.
2 cups of Boiled Chickpeas
2 tea cups of tahini
1 lemon's juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
A pinch of salt
Due to harvesting times of Avocados, this meze can be ordered for a limited time. The best time to try this flavor in our restaurant is from October till April.
