Steep the oatmeal overnight in 75 ml Bouvrage Raspberry drink and both clear and thick honey.
Mix in remainder Bouvrage Raspberry drink with the cream cheese.
Beat double cream till stiff and put into base of wine glasses. Put oatmeal mixture on top and finish off with the remaining cream.
Make a well in the centre and pour in clear honey.
Ready to serve, decorated with fresh raspberries.
